Shift Leader

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Lead to join our dynamic Zoomys Car Wash team! As a Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient Zoomys operating performance, and maintaining high standards of safety quality & customer service. Your leadership will drive process improvements, coordinate activities, and support a team of Zoomys associates to meet operational goals. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily car wash activities including sales, receiving, inventory control, customer service materials & equipment handling to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate a team of Zoomys staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management processes using Zoomys management systems and & equipment platforms to maintain accurate chemical & equipment performance levels.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize car wash workflows.
• Operate and diagnose equipment and other machinery safely for materials handling and equipment safety and functionality .
• Ensure compliance and uphold safety protocols across all car wash activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in car wash management or as a supervisor with strong leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of car wash procedures, and equipment.
• Hands-on experience with car wash management systems , equipment , and materials/chemical handling.
• Ability to perform diagnostic of equipment safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Familiarity with car wash safety standards and best practices in car wash environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
