Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating workers during an assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workers during the shift.
• Assign tasks and monitor work progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and work procedures.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Address operational issues and report concerns to management.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain necessary records.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and a safe working environment.
