• Shift Lead

Pieology Pizzeria is looking for an energetic, dependable, and hands-on Shift Lead to help lead our team and keep the restaurant running smoothly.

This is a lead-from-the-front position. We need someone who will jump in, coach the team, solve problems, and make sure every shift delivers great food, great service, and a great guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the team and restaurant during your shift
• Coach, train, and motivate team members
• Provide excellent guest service
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle guest concerns and solve problems quickly
• Manage cash, POS, and shift responsibilities
• Monitor product, waste, and portioning
• Support labor goals and staffing
• Help train and develop new team members
• Jump in wherever the team needs you

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Reliable, dependable, and positive
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable giving direction and holding people accountable
• Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available for late-night and closing shifts when scheduled
• Must be able to reliably work through closing duties and have dependable transportation after late shifts
