What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the team during daily shifts
• Deliver great hospitality and make sure guests leave happy
• Help manage shift flow, speed of service, and overall execution
• Support food quality and consistency
• Coach and motivate team members in a positive, professional way
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Help train and develop new team members
• Support cash handling and other shift responsibilities
• Jump in wherever needed during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred
• Previous shift lead or supervisor experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and productive during busy shifts
• Dependable and comfortable taking ownership of a shift
• Team player who works hard and brings good energy
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
