Shift Leader

• Provide customer service and assist customers with their queries
• Ensure proper sales and accounting for money and orders
• Ensure equipment is well maintained and report maintenance problems to the Store Manager
• Adhere to all food service/loss prevention procedures as per the company’s guidelines
• Assist with the preparation of operation-related reports
• Support the Store Manager whenever required
• Able to work rotating shifts
