Shift Leader

Responsible in making sure the efficiency of the machines in achieving maximum output and quality ice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in receiving and reviewing delivery orders and receipts.
• Monitors, compute and decides when to stop the production.
• Responsible in operating the machine and ice rake
• Responsible in operating and checking the condition of crusher and bagging machine.
• Responsible in monitoring and operating the water filtration and water level
• Monitors the loading of trucks
• Responsible in over seeing the production and foreman on duty
• Maintains and improves productivity of machines to minimize downtime and eliminate waste materials and products.
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations and reports.
• Implement necessary measures within the department
• Prepares production report
• Performs task that maybe assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Electrical Engineering graduate
• At least 6months to 1 year work experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
