Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant shifts, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold restaurant policies, safety protocols, and service excellence
• Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation
• Control inventory levels through regular stock checks, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste
• Monitor kitchen operations including food production, cooking processes, and food handling procedures to maintain consistency and safety
• Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and conducting performance evaluations to support staff development
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure positive dining experiences
• Support management in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and implementing strategies to optimize restaurant profitability
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment aligned with health regulations and industry best practices

Experience

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and customer service
• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen management, inventory control, and food handling procedures
• Experience with casual dining or fine dining establishments enhances your ability to adapt to diverse service styles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff, conduct interviews, and foster teamwork within hospitality teams
