Shift Leader

Job Summary
Iyycburg sagehill location is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to handle cash transactions, and a background in the food or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality service and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the establishment during assigned shifts.
• Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining cash drawers.
• Assist in training new employees on operational standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff and promoting teamwork.

Skills

• Proven experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
• Strong background in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Leadership abilities to guide and inspire team members effectively.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
