Fruit & Souvenir Shift Lead Associate

You are the face of our store, responsible for helping tourists and locals alike,

processing transactions, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts, greeting visitors and

delivering friendly, tourism-focused customer service.

Customer Service: Greet customers, offer product recommendations (local

specialties, fresh seasonal fruit), and assist with souvenir selections.

Lead by example to meet daily or shift sales targets and promote featured local

merchandise.

Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and complaints quickly and professionally.

Open and close the register, balance cash drawers, process card and cash

transactions, and prepare safe drops or deposits.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions, and

accurately process sales.

Package fruit bags for easy grab-and-go purchasing.

Inspect fruit for ripeness and quality. Remove bruised or overripe items from the

sales floor daily.

Restock shelves, ensure displays are clean, visually appealing, and properly

priced.

Ensure the "First In, First Out" (FIFO) method is used so older stock is sold first,

minimizing waste.

Keep the shop floor, tasting area, checkout counter, gas pump area restrooms,

clean, swept, and sanitized.

Schedule: Part time/Full time including days, nights ,weekends & holiday availabilty.

Compensation: $

Benefits: Medical/Dental/Supplemental Benefits and Paid Time Off are available once

required hours have been met. Hours/ Benefits vary by job position

Pay: $15.75 per hour
