The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, guest-obsessed Shift Leader to run the show on our busiest nights. You’ll master every part of the experience, from the first hello to the final debrief. Then you’ll lead your shift and make sure every group gets a 5-Star experience.

You’ll learn two core roles:

• Host: You set the stage. Welcome guests, get them excited, explain the rules and send them into the adventure ready to win. After the game, you lead the debrief, celebrate the escapes, cheer up the near misses and invite happy guests to share their experience in a Google review.
• Game Master: You’re the eyes behind the mission. Watch each game through our monitoring system, keep players safe and give just the right hint at just the right moment so the experience stays challenging and fun.

As Shift Leader, you’ll also run the floor:

• Manage labor and keep your team on track during your shift
• Handle cash payments accurately
• Make sure the venue is clean, reset and secured at close

What You’ll Do

• Wow our guests: Connect with every group before and after their game, answer questions and deliver a 5-Star experience.
• Think on your feet: Solve problems quickly during gameplay so nothing breaks the immersion.
• Keep the magic working: Inspect and reset rooms between games so every prop and puzzle is ready for the next team.
• Become an expert: Complete our training program and learn every room, theme and puzzle inside and out.
• Build the team: Work alongside your crew to create a positive, upbeat environment where everyone wants to come to work.

What You Bring

• Great communication skills and the ability to read a room
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail
• A love of games, puzzles and making people’s day
• Availability for evenings and weekends, including Friday and Saturday nights until midnight
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train the right person.
• Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply
