We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Leader to join our dynamic retail team! Duties

• Supervise daily store activities, ensuring efficient operations during your shift.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
• Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering procedures with accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support operational tasks such as purchasing, pricing strategies, budgeting, and store maintenance to meet company standards.

Requirements

• Proven management or supervisory experience within the retail industry or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, and basic bookkeeping or payroll processes.
• Demonstrated ability in sales management, retail math, merchandising, and operational oversight.
• Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, training & development practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking.
• Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including pricing strategies and customer service excellence.
