Shift Leader/ Crew

Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
• Manage food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, cash handling, and retail transactions
• Lead crew members in delivering excellent customer service through upselling and sales techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment operation and sanitation practices
• Oversee cash register operations, processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support team training on food preparation, POS systems, and food safety standards to enhance overall performance

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with a strong background in food industry operations
• Familiarity with food preparation, serving, and food handling procedures
• Hands-on experience operating kitchen equipment and POS systems such as Aloha or Micros preferred
• Demonstrated ability in time management, multitasking, and maintaining a clean workspace under pressure
• Customer service background with skills in upselling, sales, and cashiering
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
