Shift Leader (F&B Industry)

Summary

• Salary: Basic $2900
• Location: Islandwide (Nearest location)
• 5 days, 44 Retail hours

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example in maintaining a friendly and welcoming store environment.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, shift schedules, attendance, and staff performance in line with company policies.
• Assist with daily store operations, including maintaining cleanliness, stock organization, and overall store standards.
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards and conduct regular checks for compliance with safety and operational requirements.
• Communicate important store updates during shift handovers and report operational issues, incidents, or staff performance concerns to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in the service industry with at least 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Passion for F&B industry with proven experience in delivering excellent customer experiences
• Willingness to engage in shift work, which includes work on weekends and PH
