Shift Leader - Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our Marco's Pizza team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Marco's Pizza during your assigned shift

• Manage and supervise the staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with SNHD health regulations

• Monitor inventory levels and place food orders as needed

• Learn and mantain the Marco's way of food preparation and pizza making

• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures

• Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability

Skills:

• Strong kitchen management skills, including food handling and culinary knowledge

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the fast food or quick service food industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of shift management techniques to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
