We're looking for a motivated and dependable Shift Leader to help lead our team and keep daily operations running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and delivering a great guest experience, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members throughout each shift.
• Open or close the restaurant independently without another manager present.
• Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain Bellini's Counter standards.
• Keep track of product levels and communicate inventory needs.
• Delegate tasks and help maintain an efficient workflow.
• Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and confidently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Step in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Customer service and cash handling experience are preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organized and work well under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
