Shift Leader Production

Lead and coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely task completion. Develop and implement action plans to improve team performance and productivity. Optimize and standardize new and existing processes to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and promptly address any deviations. Collaborate with other departments to support input/output planning and material flow. Implement and enforce safety regulations, promoting a safe workplace culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

Advanced degree in production, supply chain management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a production or warehousing environment. Fluency in French and English. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
