THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Shift Manager, you’re not just running a shift — you’re leading people, creating great guest experiences, and helping your restaurant succeed.

You’ll work alongside your restaurant’s management team to lead Crew, maintain high standards, and make sure every shift is fast, friendly, safe, and organized.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Shift Manager, you’ll help lead the restaurant by:

• Leading the Team — Position Crew for success, communicate expectations, recognize great performance, and provide coaching when needed.
• Delivering Great Hospitality — Set the example for friendly, welcoming service and help create feel-good moments for every guest.
• Running Great Shifts — Coordinate people, positions, breaks, and restaurant operations to keep the shift running smoothly.
• Driving Speed & Execution — Keep the team focused on serving hot, fresh, accurate orders quickly while achieving restaurant performance goals.
• Supporting Food Safety — Follow and reinforce food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and McDonald’s procedures.
• Managing Labor — Understand staffing needs and help position the team appropriately based on business levels.
• Maintaining a Great Restaurant — Ensure the restaurant, kitchen, service areas, and guest spaces are clean, organized, stocked, and ready.
• Handling Cash & Procedures — Follow cash-handling, security, opening, closing, and other restaurant procedures.
• Developing Crew — Train, coach, encourage, and help Crew Members build the skills they need to succeed.
• Solving Problems — Respond to guest concerns, operational challenges, and changing business needs with a positive, solutions-focused approach.

This position is with Holowicki Enterprises, Inc., an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Holowicki Enterprises, Inc. is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Employment decisions, including hiring, compensation, scheduling, discipline, and termination, are made solely by Holowicki Enterprises, Inc.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
