Shift Leader/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Up hold Crumbl standard.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shift with crew.-

-Communcation skills, able to communicate anything that is going on inside operations throughout the day, updating any next shift on what was done and needed to be done.

• Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
• Oversee operations inside the store, catering operations, ensuring that events are executed smoothly and efficiently
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

-At Least 1 year of shift lead/Manager experience

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the team with your crew and management team! We also will be opening another Crumbl in Montgomery so we will be training for growth and plenty of room to continue to advance in our company.

• Supervise team of crew members
• Adjust daily task for the day, or next shift
• Train and evaluate employees
• Monitor each station and help crew be the best they can be in the station they are working
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Open/Close is required
• Cash handling and deposits
• Making sure the customers and quality of our product is too company standards and the being performed the Crumbl way
• Able to communicate through the day with updates
• Able to work long shifts, stand on your feet 6-7 hours, able to lift and work in fast pace
• Can work under pressure when needed to move stations or help another area out
• Can stay on top of the crew making sure task are getting completed, inventory is being stocked and prepped, checking and monitoring quality in all stations
• Able to cut employees if over staffed or slow
• Able to handle any situation with Crew or customers without being disrespectful.
• Can work well with others
• Manage waste
• Able to follow instructions of all open/close policy
• Follow Crumbls way
• Able to maintain profession throughout the shift and stay on task
• Inventory in all departments daily as we go through a lot of ingredients and need to use FIFO at all times.
• Make sure all task were completed before leaving a shift
• Able to communicate before leaving a shift that all things are in good standing order
• Previous experience in restaraunt, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• MUST have transportation
• MUST have VALID drivers license
• Can pass a background check
• MUST work open/close/weekends
• 60 day probation period with no call outs, or late reports
• Must have form of communication for job

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour Plus Tip Share
