Shift Leader/Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Leaders/ Managers to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food service industry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As part of the Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience while achieving store goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage daily operations including inventory control, merchandising, and visual displays.
• Oversee POS transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
• Implement effective shift management practices to maintain operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain organized administrative records including sales reports, employee schedules, and inventory levels.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Train, coach, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales with a strong understanding of sales techniques.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong administrative skills for managing reports and documentation.
• Ability to analyze market trends to inform buying decisions.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in shift management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
