Shift Leaders - 35-40 HR

As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific shift at the fast food restaurant. You'll work closely with the Assistant Manager and General Manager to ensure that the shift runs smoothly, providing excellent customer service and leading the team.

Here are the key duties and responsibilities for a Shift Leader:

1. Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the team members during your shift. Assign tasks, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all team members follow company policies and procedures. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

2. Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes opening and closing procedures, cash handling, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Address any operational issues that arise during your shift.

3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that food is prepared and served promptly. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

4. Training and Development: Assist in training new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about their roles and responsibilities. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help the team improve their performance. Lead by example in demonstrating excellent customer service and operational skills.

5. Shift Management: Manage the shift schedule, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand. Coordinate break and meal periods for team members. Monitor and manage employee time and attendance, including approving time-off requests and managing shift changes.
