• Ownership for Breakdown, Routine and Preventive Maintenance
• Drive for Department KPIs.
• Reduction of process scraps due to machines.
• SMT machine maintenance
• PLC Programming & Trouble shooting knowledge
• Critical Spares Management
• Preparing breakdown analysis to reduce the MTTR and improve the MTBF.
• Breakdown analysis and take permanent corrective action
• Planning for preventive maintenance and excicution
• Documentation of IATF 16949, EMS, TPM activities.
• Responsible for 100% availability of Machineries for Production.
