Shift Manager - Ahmedabad/Vadodara (Third Wave Coffee)

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations during the assigned shift.
• Lead and supervise Baristas and Store Helpers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene, and caf cleanliness.
• Handle cash opening, closing, and reconciliation accurately.
• Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and report stock requirements.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, and audit standards.
• Complete daily shift checklists and operational reports.
• Coach team members and ensure grooming and attendance compliance.
• Escalate operational issues, maintenance concerns, and customer complaints to the Store Manager.
