Shift Manager - Bayside

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is one of the largest bubble tea chain stores from Taiwan. We already have over 4000 stores over the world. Job Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with quality drinks and services
• Take customer orders using POS system
• Promote new drinks by educating customers
• Prepare toppings and drinks
• Ensure a constant supply of ingredients
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization cleaning standards and sanitation regulations
• Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift
• Reporting to the general manager and meeting with management to review goals and metrics
• Doing schedules and daily/weekly/monthly reports
