Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and service delivery
• Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance standards
• Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and dining areas
• Coordinate food production processes, including cooking, bartending, serving, and maintaining cleanliness
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure seamless restaurant functioning
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
• Lead by example in maintaining a lively, energetic environment that encourages teamwork and accountability

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
• Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving or kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
• Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for motivating teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate staff and interact with customers
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable, especially in culinary or hospitality roles such as barista or food service positions
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
