Job Overview:
As a shift manager, you will lead the team during assigned shifts, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with company standards for service, safety, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide team members during shifts
- Handle customer concerns and ensure good service
- Check cleanliness, safety, food quality
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily reports
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in fast food, restaurant or retail leadership
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, holidays, weekends.
