We’re looking for dependable, motivated leaders to join our McDonald’s team!

As a Shift Manager, you’ll help lead the restaurant during your shift, support and coach crew members, provide excellent customer service, and make sure operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating crew members
• Managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and McDonald’s standards
• Handling customer concerns professionally
• Supporting crew training and development
• Managing shift positions, breaks, and daily priorities
• Following cash-handling and security procedures

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Flexible with scheduling

Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
