TAPA KING INC' is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our bustling restaurant in Antipolo City. As a full-time Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team management, and the smooth running of all shifts. This critical role will have a direct impact on the success of our establishment within the Hospitality & Tourism industry.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Assist with inventory management and stock ordering
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Shift Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in inventory management and cost control
• Knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
