Shift Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring smooth operations during your shift, and maintaining high standards of food production and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage food production processes to maintain quality and presentation standards.
• Oversee catering and banquet services, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and service quality.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant or venue.
• Implement safety and sanitation protocols to comply with health regulations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising staff in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong background in food production, catering, and banquet management.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards is preferred but not required.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
