Shift Manager

Lake City Fresh Market is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations with varying start times of 2 pm, 3 pm, or 4 pm until close at 9 pm. 3-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to associates during the shift and ensure timely completion.
• Call in replacements for team member absences or no-shows.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized storefront.
• Perform cashier and personal shopping duties as needed.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
• Promote specials, sales, and the Teal's Market App to customers.
• Manage cash intake and count out registers at the end of cashier shifts.
• Communicate regularly with the store manager regarding customer concerns, associate issues, and other significant matters.
• Sign for deliveries when necessary.
• Adhere to and enforce company policies and guidelines.
• Assist in associate training and onboarding.

Offered compensation: $14.83/hr - $16.50/hr
