Job Description: We are looking for a Shift Manager to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth shift functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shift operations
• Supervise and coordinate team members
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Handle staff schedules and attendance
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
• Monitor stock and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with the Store/Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader
• Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality, or F&B
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Graduate preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
