Shift Manager

To oversee the shift operations of a Shakey's Restaurant by focusing on People, Equipment and Products and thus, ensures the company's ability to achieve sales targets and sustainability to deliver high quality products and services that can WOW our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or any 4-year course related to Hospitality or Food Service Operations.
• Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Problem Solving Skills
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Excellent math and computational ability
• Effective communication skills
• A degree in Management or Business
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Store Location: Ilagan Branch

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
