Shift Manager

Baskin-Robbins – Pleasant View

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shift Leader to join our team. This is a full-time position offering approximately 30–40 hours per week. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, coaching team members, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high operational standards.

Position Summary

The Shift Leader is responsible for leading Crew Members throughout each shift to deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role includes setting goals, assigning tasks, motivating team members, recognizing achievements, and providing constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the store independently while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store operations independently during assigned shifts.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Crew Members to achieve performance goals.
• Assign tasks and ensure team members complete responsibilities efficiently.
• Resolve customer and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage ice cream deliveries and maintain inventory of ice cream tubs and other merchandise.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction through outstanding service, product quality, and speed of service.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs as necessary.
• Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant, food service, or retail leadership role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Experience or willingness to learn ice cream cake decorating.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for achieving results and meeting performance goals.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Works effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
