About Us

Recre8play is a new high-tech interactive gaming and entertainment venue designed for all ages.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Shift Manager to lead daily operations and help create an outstanding guest experience as we launch our new entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the venue
• Lead, train, and supervise team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules and shift coverage
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall facility appearance
• Assist with birthday parties, private events, and group bookings
• Support hiring and onboarding of new employees
• Track inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance
• Help grow the business through local marketing and social media support
• Help maintain a fun, positive, and energetic atmosphere for our guests and team.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisor experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office/Canva, scheduling systems, etc.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, arcade, retail, or family entertainment centers is a plus
• Social media and marketing experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time
• Evening and weekend availability required

Pay

$18–$21 per hour (based on experience)
