JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring energetic, Shift Managers, Ex Shift Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers, Qualified or non-qualified, for full-time and part-time positions at McDonald's Halls Head. The role involves overseeing shifts and running a designated area. We provide flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements.

The following positions are available:

• Shift Managers - all day parts (LT Qualified)
• Department Manager for PPM, PQM or CEM (DLM verified) preferred
• Overnight Manager (LT verified)
• Assistant Restaurant Managers

Candidates with LT qualifications (Leadership Transitions) will be highly regarded.

Shift Manager / Department Manager
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices, and profit on your shifts.
Shift and Department Managers will work towards achieving targets set out by their Restaurant Manager when on shift.

Provide training, continuing coaching and assistance to crew people.
Maintain equipment integrity to guarantee its safety and functionality.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
In addition to managing shifts, Department Managers are responsible for leading their assigned
restaurant department.

Department Managers are responsible for setting goals, delegating tasks to their dedicated teams, following up and reporting back to their team and the Restaurant Manager.

Applicants must be prepared to work in a Team Environment, where success is measured by the outcomes delivered by teamwork and training.

Pay: $29.45 – $44.18 per hour
