What You’ll Do

As a Shift Manager, you’ll play an essential role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading a team that delivers top-notch customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Drive Quality: Monitor food preparation, safety, and cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

• Handle the Details: Oversee daily and monthly inventory, prepare deposits, and provide essential reports to keep our operation thriving.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience & Skills: At least one year of experience in a restaurant setting, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Working Conditions: You’ll work in a dynamic restaurant environment that’s engaging and fast-paced, with exposure to varied temperatures and noise levels.

Weekend availability is mandatory. This role requires flexibility to work all weekend shifts, including peak business hours.
