Job Summary

Cook Out is seeking a dependable Shift Manager to help lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts. This role involves supporting team members, maintaining service standards, handling customer needs, and keeping the restaurant running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and coordinate shift activities
• Support daily restaurant operations and customer service
• Assist with training, coaching, and employee development
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Help manage cash handling and shift procedures
• Address customer concerns professionally
• Keep the team organized and productive during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working flexible shifts
• Ability to multitask and make decisions during busy periods
