Shift Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the food industry. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the kitchen and dining area to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards in line with our fine dining experience.
• Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service during peak hours while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Experience

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in casual or fine dining settings.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food management practices, and health regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively, demonstrating excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience with POS systems is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
