Shift Manager

Position Summary

Bad Brother is seeking a motivated and dependable Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will help lead team members, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth and efficient shift performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts
• Coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with staff scheduling and task assignments
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Support inventory and cash-handling procedures
• Train and guide employees as needed

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
