Shift Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Managed end-to-end QSR shift operations, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant functioning.

· Supervised and motivated kitchen and service teams to achieve daily operational targets.

· Planned staff deployment and allocated responsibilities based on business volume and shift requirements.

· Ensured food quality, portion control, presentation, and order accuracy as per company SOPs.

· Maintained high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.

· Monitored customer service, order turnaround time, and resolved customer complaints effectively.

· Managed inventory, stock availability, FIFO practices, wastage control, and daily stock requirements.

· Handled POS operations, cash management, billing, and shift closing procedures.

· Monitored sales, food cost, wastage, and operational expenses to support business targets.

· Conducted opening and closing procedures, including equipment and operational checks.

· Trained and coached team members on SOPs, food safety, service standards, and operational procedures.

· Coordinated with management and support teams to resolve operational, maintenance, and staffing issues.

· Prepared shift reports and ensured proper handover of operational information to the next shift.

· Ensured compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory food-safety requirements.

· Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: PUC/Graduations or equivalent (preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a QSR or hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
