• Shift manager must have leadership skills and be a part of a team
• Delegate and help complete nightly/daily tasks
• Shift manager is responsible for cash control, making sure tasks are done properly, closing/mid day paperwork
• Responsible for managing 1-6 employees during a working shift.
• Responsible for food prep, pizza making, pizza cooking, and execution of deliveries and prompt food service.
• QSC – Quality, Service, Cleanliness.
• managers should have proper communication skills and respect your employees and coworkers
• Fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to use a POS system (will be trained to use our system)
• Closes the store as needed
• Customer service is of the utmost importance – Must be friendly and respectful, warmly greet customers, identify the needs of customers, and identify and resolve customer problems or issues.
• Ensure the safety and security of Cocca’s Pizza property, employees and customers
• Take care of your team and keep a positive atmosphere around you
• Indicate preferred location
