Shift Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Manager to manage day-to-day kitchen and restaurant operations. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, smooth order operations, food quality, inventory and maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen and shift operations.
• Plan shifts and allocate tasks to kitchen/team members.
• Supervise and motivate the team during the shift.
• Ensure food preparation, quality and presentation as per SOPs.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor online orders and ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and support teams.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer complaints and operational escalations.
• Monitor shift performance, productivity and wastage.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the kitchen/store.
• Train and support new team members.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, cloud kitchen, hospitality or food-service operations.
• Experience in team handling and shift management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates from QSR/Restaurant/Cloud Kitchen backgrounds preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
