What You’ll Do as a Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our café. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting team members during your shift to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Managing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring all workstations are running efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
