Job Title: Shift Manager – Ice Cream Store

About Us:

Crazees is a fun and fast-paced ice cream shop dedicated to serving delicious frozen treats with outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Shift Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.

• Supervise and support team members during shifts, fostering a positive work environment.

• Assist with training new employees and reinforcing company standards.

• Handle cash register operations, manage cash handling, and balance registers.

• Maintain store cleanliness, food safety, and inventory management.

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Ensure staff follows company policies, procedures, and health regulations.

• Assist with scheduling and reporting to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or management preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
