About the role

Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc. is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team at the KENNY ROGERS restaurant located in Kenny Rogers - SM Roxas. As Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a full-time position based in SM Roxas.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
• Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer experience are maintained
• Monitoring and reporting on restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with the management team to implement strategic initiatives and drive business growth
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and labour regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a shift management or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and labour regulations in the hospitality industry
• A passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
