we are in search of an adept Shift Manager to oversee our first-shift manufacturing operations and lead our staff effectively. Our ideal candidate will excel in fostering a positive and efficient work environment for our team. Essential qualities include robust management, organizational, and leadership skills. A minimum of one year of experience in the food service industry is mandatory, along with fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency).

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members, maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and motivation to staff.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in the food service industry, with proven leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
