What they need
We're looking for a dependable people-focused shift manager to help run the restaurant during day-to-day operations. You'll be the go-to person on the floor- leading the team, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every guest leaves happy!
Responsibilites:
-Lead the team and keep everyone on track
-Deliver great guest service and step in to handle any issues that come up
-Keep an eye on food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
-Handle opening or closing duties, including cash handling
-Communicate with management about staffing, operations, and any concerns
-Help to ensure a positive work environment
What we're looking for:
-Previous restaurant experience a plus!
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Comfortable handling cash and basic paperwork
-Flexible availability
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
