Shift Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at a fast-paced quick-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure that our guests receive high-quality service in a friendly and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, train, and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
• Utilize MOMS POS or other point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
