Shift Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Shift Manager to supervise store operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and compliance with company standards. The Shift Manager will lead store personnel, monitor daily operations, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor store personnel to ensure efficient operations and quality customer service.
• Assign workstations and monitor employee performance throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or other concerns.
• Conduct opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and achieving daily operational targets.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding manpower requirements, operational concerns, and maintenance issues.
• Prepare shift reports, incident reports, and other operational documents as required.
• Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring newly hired employees.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the company and/or client.

Qualifications

• College graduate or at least 2 years of college education; a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-food, restaurant, or food service environment.
• Must have supervisory or management experience with Jollibee, McDonald's, or Mang Inasal.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
