Shift Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Shift Manager to lead our retail team through busy hours and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities

• Food Prep in Morning shifts, may be required in Evening shifts as well, F.E. Cutting Fresh Green Onions, Handling Raw Meat etc.,
• Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage employee development to foster a high-performing team
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
• Handle cash register operations, POS systems, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
• Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure store policies are followed

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurant environments
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math principles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership qualities that inspire team engagement
• Experience in retail sales, merchandising, stock management, and customer service excellence
• Previous experience in retail management or assistant manager roles is preferred
