Shift Manager

About the role

Join the team at Dunkin' Philippines as a Shift Manager who will help lead store operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead store crew during assigned shifts
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations
• Monitor product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• Manage customer concerns and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in achieving sales, operational targets and good audit standing
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and proper product handling
• Ensure proper cash handling and compliance with company policies
• Coach, train, and motivate team members
• Prepare and monitor shift reports and other operational requirements
• Support in implementing company programs and initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Business Course is preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to Dunkin' JP Rizal, Makati and other outlets near the vicinity.
